Mr. Giller was born in 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he resided for a short time before his family relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he lived prior to moving to Columbus, Ohio, in 1997. Mr. Giller graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in photography. During his time at Southern Methodist University, Mr. Giller was an all-conference football player. After graduation, he was selected as a free agent by the Chicago Bears. After a brief time with the Bears, he took a position with the Gordon Company as a Food Brokerage Representative. Mr. Giller held several positions with the Gordon Company, including sales manager as well as Key Account Manager for several local grocery stores.

In January 1997, he accepted a position with Donald R. Kenney & Co. as a Sales Manager for the Investment Sales & Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. During his position as Sales Manager, Mr. Giller managed an investment sales team of six individuals that sold $200 million in apartments and other miscellaneous investment sales. He also managed the day-to-day operations of the real estate brokerage and still holds the broker's license for the real estate company today. In September 1999, Mr. Giller obtained his State of Ohio Real Estate Broker's license and was promoted to Broker and Sales Manager. His responsibilities also included management of the Residential Homes Division, which was offered under the Village Communities brand. In 2003, Mr. Giller was promoted to President of Village Communities, LLC and in 2007 he was promoted to CEO and President of Village Communities, positions he continues to hold. Mr. Giller was named Chief Executive Officer and President of Village Communities Franchising Services LLC upon its formation in January of 2007.

Mr. Giller's current responsibilities include overseeing the management and operations of Village Communities, Metro Development, Triangle Commercial Management, AP&L, and CCOS.

Andrew is a graduate of Ohio University and native of Columbus, Ohio.  Prior to joining Metro Development he served as Acquisition Manager for Phillips Development & Realty, a top 25 multi-family developer in the nation. He was solely responsible for the land acquisition and pre-development of numerous projects in the southeast totaling over $60 million in development cost.  At Phillips he honed his skills in numerous facets of real estate including; acquisitions, land entitlement, land assemblage, due diligence execution, market forecasting, financial underwriting, capital sourcing, sales, and marketing.

Mr. DiBlasi has invested in and raised capital for real estate acquisitions and development since 1996.  Prior to his time with Phillips Development he worked for Coldwell Banker as a commercial real estate agent. He thrived in this role achieving ‘Diamond Society’ awarded to Coldwell Banker’s top 15% internationally in transaction volume.  His broad experience and comprehensive skill set will serve him well as Investment Sale Division Manager for Metro Development.

John Gjamov joined DRK & Company in 2001 as a Commercial Leasing and Sales Agent where he focused on office, warehouse and flex property leasing and sales. John transitioned to the Investment Sales Team in 2007. His current focus is on Multi-Family, Office investment sales and Land Acquisition.

His professional goals are to provide excellent service putting the needs of his clients first and building lasting relationships from his service to others.

John graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management. John is also a member of the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR).

Paul has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. His diverse real estate background includes sales of multi-family and golf course properties. After graduation from high school, Paul served in the United States Army. After attending The Ohio State University, Paul started his career in 1982 as a sales executive with Xerox Corporation. In 1990 he founded Nexus Marketing Solutions, a print and internet advertising company. He sold the company in 2008. Paul and his wife Joyce have 2 children and reside in Westerville.

Gary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree both in Finance and Real Estate & Urban Analysis.  Before joining the Metro Development team, Gary spent 18 years managing his own mixed use real estate development company.

Gary is married to his wife Lisa and they have two kids.

Paul D. Isaacs is the founder of Isaacs Enterprises, a real estate development company. He has been engaged in the development and sales of residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years. He has developed over 140,000 square feet of retail and office space, over 1,000 apartment units, a full service restaurant in Marysville, Ohio and 5 Wendy’s Old Fashion Hamburgers restaurants in the Springfield, Ill area. He founded Isaacs Enterprises, Realtor in 1971, selling investment properties in the Columbus area market. In 1976 he developed the Wendy’s franchise in Springfield, Illinois. In the 80’s he developed residential and commercial properties in Central Ohio. In the mid 90’s, he acquired the Re/Max Commercial franchise for the central Ohio market. In 2001, he joined Union Savings Bank as a lending officer as his sons took ownership of Isaacs Enterprises LLC, a real estate development company. He is currently serving on the Developer’s Council with the Central Ohio BIA and is a member of the Dublin Worthington Rotary. He is a past Chairman of Columbus Teen Challenge Home for Girls and a past board member of the Central Ohio Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He started the Marysville FCA Huddle in 1984 and it has run continuously since. Paul and his wife Carol have two sons and two grandsons and reside in Marysville, Ohio.
